We’re kicking off 2024 with a continued focus on wellness. We all know that caring for our wellbeing allows us to be our best selves both at home and at work. My mantra: Before we deliver for others, we must always deliver for ourselves first!

Over the years, we’ve developed a holistic approach to wellbeing at Commvault, with four key pillars of wellness – physical, social, mental, and financial – that are all interconnected. While each of these pillars are equally as important, we know that mental health is a crucial focus area. And with that said, we’re always looking for ways to adapt and evolve our wellness offerings to provide our Vaulters and their families with the right benefits for life’s most important moments.

For 2024, we’re excited to be using a new global mental health partner, Spring Health, which offers innovative, inclusive mental health care designed to better meet the needs of our Vaulters and their families. Spring Health gives our Vaulters access to confidential 24/7 support for a wide range of personal issues, crises, and everyday concerns, at no cost to them. With the switch to this partner, we are increasing the number of free counseling sessions from three to six and adding six additional coaching sessions, bringing the total of free sessions available to 12.

Expanding our wellness offerings to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our global Commvault community is always a priority for us, as our company’s success starts with our Vaulters and their wellbeing.

As we move forward in the new year, I encourage you to think about what you’re doing each day to practice self-care and keep mental wellness a top priority. Whether it’s taking advantage of resources available to you at work or outside your company, we all deserve to feel like our best selves.
