We continue investing in inclusive leadership development and have implemented an inclusive recruiting strategy to increase the hiring of women and candidates from underrepresented groups. Our employee groups play a vital role in driving engagement to discuss, advocate, and champion their respective beliefs and identities within our organization and in society.
