Patricia treated us to a reading from her latest book,&nbsp;<em>The Faraway World<\/em>, a captivating collection of stories that explore the themes of belonging, migration, and identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">During the conversation, Patricia shared deeply personal reflections on her experiences growing up in a bicultural household in New Jersey. She discussed how the contrasts between her Colombian upbringing at home and American society outside shaped both her perspective and her writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Patricia emphasized the significance of her immigrant community as a source of resilience and inspiration, touching on the complexities of identity, belonging, and the sacrifices made by those who leave their homeland in pursuit of a better future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This event was a testament to Commvault\u2019s commitment to creating spaces where different cultures, identities, and perspectives are celebrated. The discussion provided our Vaulters with a powerful perspective on how heritage can influence both personal and professional paths.
