Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) approach at Commvault  

At Commvault, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are foundational to our culture. We’re all about honoring and celebrating our diverse Vaulter community and are committed to cultivating an environment of respect and belonging.

Listening to the experiences and perspectives of others and learning how to better support one another empowers us to create a more equitable future together. We continue to further our DEI efforts, in partnership with our
incredible Employee Groups, to create opportunities to drive awareness, have open conversations, and encourage reflection.

Our Courageous Conversations initiative is also a core component of our DEI strategy and allows us to connect and inspire each other.

Any conversation, whether it’s big or small, can make a difference. Always remember – you need to have the conversation, to change the conversation.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) offer multiple points of entry for all employees to get involved, drive initiatives and be allies for all dimensions of diversity. Our ERGs are voluntary, employee lead groups designed to foster an inclusive workplace by championing underrepresented groups. Our goal is for employees to feel more connected to Commvault by providing them the space to bring their unique personal attributes, be part of a community of collective thought leaders, and advocates for inclusion and diversity.

Our employee groups drive engagement with employees to discuss, advocate, and champion their respective beliefs and identities within our organization and in society. We currently operate seven Employee Groups, including five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and two Employee Affinity Groups (EAGs):

Employee Affinity Groups

Employee Affinity Groups (EAGs) are designed to facilitate a space to learn about and champion local and global issues and find effective solutions for the betterment of the globe, our communities, and our customers and partners. 

Environmental Group

The Environmental EAG (Vaulters Advocating for Sustainability in Tech) creates a space for Vaulters with a passion for environmental sustainability. We strive to be champions of environmental conservation and to increase awareness for environmental issues within Commvault, our industry, and our communities. 

Family Support Network

The Family Support Network EAG’s mission is to help and support working parents and caretakers. The Family Support Network serves as a support group for working parents and caretakers in all facets of family life from being a new parent to dealing with toddlers, tweens, teens, and aging parents.
