Celebrating Black History Month

Commvault proudly celebrates Black History Month globally! Embrace the rich legacy of African Americans in arts, resilience, and social justice with our diverse Vaulter community.

We’re thrilled to kick off February by celebrating Black History Month at Commvault. Although Black History Month is recognized in February in the United States and Canada, we’ve taken our celebratory efforts to our entire global Vaulter community! All our Vaulters across the world will be connecting and honoring how Black Americans’ rich legacy of art, resistance, and resilience has contributed to the fight for social justice and every aspect of American progress and culture.

The theme of this year’s Black History Month is “African Americans and the Arts” spanning the many impacts Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements, and more. Our goal this month is to explore how this shows up in the world and how it can positively impact our workplace. Throughout the month, our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team, partnering with our Multi-Culture Employee Resource Group (ERG), will engage in various activities available to all our Vaulters, such as hosting events, featuring educational sessions, and amplifying the voices of our Multi-Culture ERG members.

Here at Commvault, we’re actively celebrating Black history and embracing diversity year-round, as DEI is foundational to everything we do. Every day, we value and celebrate the unique perspectives each employee brings to the table as we foster innovation and collaboration.

Keep an eye on our LinkedIn and X profiles throughout the month as we continue to share how we’re celebrating Black History Month together!
